OVERVIEW

By accessing and using Apeiron Global Pvt. Ltd.’s services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services offered, including Digital Marketing, Web Hosting, Domain Registration, Technical Support, Web Designing, and Server Management. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these terms.

1. Digital Marketing Services

  • Scope

    Apeiron Global Pvt. Ltd. provides digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and pay-per-click advertising. These services are tailored based on client goals and requirements as outlined in the service agreement.

  • Client Obligations

    The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials, including access to relevant accounts, content, and branding guidelines. Timely responses to requests are essential for achieving desired outcomes.

  • Content Compliance

    We do not accept responsibility for the legality of any content created or posted as part of marketing campaigns. The client must ensure that all content complies with applicable laws, especially in regards to intellectual property and advertising regulations.

  • Payment and Billing

    Digital marketing services are provided on a monthly retainer or project-based fee, as outlined in the contract. Late payments may result in delayed campaign execution or suspension of services.

  • Results and Guarantees

    While we strive to achieve optimal results, outcomes are subject to numerous variables, and Apeiron Global Pvt. Ltd. cannot guarantee specific results, such as search engine rankings or sales figures.

2. Web Hosting Services

  • Scope

    We provide a range of hosting services, including shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated server hosting. Each plan includes specified resources, bandwidth, and support as detailed on our website.

  • Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

    Clients must adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy, prohibiting the hosting of illegal, offensive, or resource-intensive content. Violations may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Resource Limits and Overuse

    All hosting plans come with resource limits. Excessive usage beyond your allocated limits may incur additional charges or service restrictions. Resource abuse may lead to account suspension or termination.

  • Data and Backup

    While we provide automated backups, the client is responsible for maintaining their data backups. Apeiron Global Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any data loss due to server issues, technical errors, or cyber incidents.

  • Service Availability and Uptime

    We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may impact uptime, and Apeiron Global Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for damages resulting from downtime.

3. Domain Registration Services

  • Domain Availability

    Domain registration is subject to availability and the policies of domain registries. We do not guarantee domain availability until confirmed by the registry.

  • Renewals and Expiry

    It is the client’s responsibility to keep their domains renewed. Apeiron Global Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for expired domains or lost ownership due to non-renewal. We provide renewal notices but cannot be held accountable for unregistered renewals.

  • ICANN Policies

    All domain registrations are governed by ICANN policies. By registering a domain with us, clients agree to comply with these policies.

  • Domain Transfers

    Domain transfers to or from Apeiron Global Pvt. Ltd. must comply with registry transfer policies. Transfer fees and requirements apply as per the service contract.

4. Technical Support Services

  • Scope

    We offer technical support for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance. Technical support is available according to the client’s support plan or hosting package.

  • Support Levels

    Basic support is provided with all hosting packages, while higher-level support (such as 24/7 assistance) may be limited to certain plans or incur additional fees.

  • Response Times

    Support response times are based on the client’s plan. While we strive for prompt support, delays may occur during high demand.

  • Exclusions

    Technical support does not cover client-side issues, custom development, or third-party applications, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

5. Web Designing Services

  • Scope

    Our web designing services include creating websites, custom designs, and user interfaces based on client specifications. Design services are subject to an agreed-upon project scope and timeline.

  • Client Approval

    The design process includes feedback phases. Clients must review and approve designs before proceeding to development. Major revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

  • Intellectual Property Rights

    Upon project completion and payment, ownership of design materials transfers to the client, excluding licensed software or tools used in the project.

  • Limitations

    Our web designing services do not include ongoing maintenance or content updates unless specified in the service agreement. Clients are responsible for maintaining and updating their sites.

6. Server Management Services

  • Scope

    Server management services include server setup, configuration, monitoring, and security. This service applies only to servers directly managed by Apeiron Global Pvt. Ltd.

  • Maintenance and Updates

    We handle routine maintenance and security updates as part of server management. Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.

  • Server Security

    While we employ best practices in server security, Apeiron Global Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for breaches due to client actions, unauthorized access, or malware introduced by third-party applications.

  • Access and Confidentiality

    Client data on managed servers remains confidential. We do not access data beyond what is necessary to provide services. However, clients are responsible for access credentials and maintaining data security.

7. Payment Terms

  • General Payment Policy

    Clients agree to pay fees in advance of the period for which services are provided. Invoices are due upon receipt, and failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.

  • Late Payments and Fees

    Invoices not paid by the due date may incur late fees. Unpaid accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.

  • Refunds

    Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. No refunds are given for partially used periods unless specifically mentioned in the service contract.

8. Privacy Policy

All services provided by Apeiron Global Pvt. Ltd. are subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal information. Clients agree to review and abide by the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apeiron Global Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

10. Modifications to TOS

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Continued use of services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hubli, Karnataka, India.
